Although the rules are not that strict for a foreign fan club, I want you to read it and understand it clearly before you apply.

The ‘Special Forum’ is for a Special Member only. Being a special member, you need to have 250 comments up. if you still have less than 250 comments, you are not going to see that forum. In this forum, there are pictures and media from ‘w-inds vision mobile’ and so on. Anyway, most of them are posted in ‘Picture’ but the ‘Special Forum’ as its name, there must be something special…yes, it’s about picture’s size, unlogo pictures and media sometimes.

** One last important thing is no posting pictures or media in any other places! **
